Restoration & Resilience

I support people to heal early trauma and regain vitality.

The work is an integration of talking and bodywork, that weaves together many modalities, including: biodynamic craniosacral therapy, perinatal psychology, somatic trauma resolution, and narrative medicine, with a focus on the autonomic nervous system and applied attachment theory.

My practice is part of the Prenatal, Birth & Attachment Clinic, which I co-founded and serve as the Executive Director. I work with adults, babies, and children, including people during the preconception - postpartum period, couples and families.

Sessions are held in Berkeley on Sundays, and in Petaluma on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, as as well as via Zoom video conference or phone.
Home visits are scheduled for parents who are in their last month of pregnancy or families with babies under 6 weeks, just text/call/email to arrange.
